This Terms of Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Green BHN Digital SRL, a Romania company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the user (“you” or “your”) accessing or using our services.

By accessing or using the services provided by Green BHN Digital SRL, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Services

Green BHN Digital SRL provides services aimed at assisting business pages to grow, including but not limited to content creation, business page management, and engagement on other pages and groups. These services are collectively referred to as the “Services.”

2. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify GREEN BHN DIGITAL SRL immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Content Creation

Green BHN Digital SRL will create content for your business pages based on the information and guidelines provided by you. You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the content provided by you. [Your Company Name] retains ownership of any intellectual property created by us for your business.

4. Business Page Management

Green BHN Digital SRL will manage your business pages, optimizing content, responding to comments, and engaging with your audience. You grant GREEN BHN DIGITAL SRL necessary permissions to access and manage your business pages.

5. Engagement on Other Pages and Groups

Green BHN Digital SRL may engage with other pages and groups on behalf of your business to increase visibility and engagement. You understand and agree that Green BHN Digital SRL will act in accordance with your business guidelines and values.

6. Payment

You agree to pay Green BHN Digital SRL the fees associated with the Services as outlined in the agreed-upon terms. Payment terms and methods will be specified in the invoice provided by [Your Company Name].

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this Agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

GREEN BHN DIGITAL SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
